The Tissue Train® 3D Culture System is a computer-regulated cell stretching bioreactor system that allows users to create 3-dimensional cell-seeded hydrogels and apply uniaxial or equibiaxial tensile strains to 3D constructs. The Tissue Train® 3D Culture System iallows researchers to apply user-defined strain regimens to simulate heart rate, walking, running, and other dynamic exercise patterns to tissue constructs. This will enable you to build bioartificial tissue samples of skin, tendon, ligament, etc. up to 35 mm in length.

Our FX-6000T™ Tension System is a computer-regulated bioreactor that uses positive and negative air pressure to apply cyclic or static mechanical strain to cells cultured on flexible-bottomed culture plates. The FX-6000T™ Tension System allows researchers to simulate in vivo tissue strains and frequencies in vitro that mimic in vivo conditions in cells from muscle, lung, heart, vascular vessels, skin, tendon, ligament, cartilage, and bone.
