Product Description:

The BioFlex® Loading Station™ is an important strain accessory for delivering equibiaxial load to cells adherent to the BioFlex® membrane. The BioFlex® Loading Station™ is inserted underneath each BioFlex® 6-Well plate in the baseplate. When vacuum is applied during a strain regimen, the 25mm posts of each Loading Station™ are centered under each culture well membrane to create uniform and circumferential tensile strain.
