Matrix treated Streamer® microscope slides come with a PTFE polymer border to help limit cell culture growth to the portion exposed to fluid flow. These culture slips are used with the Streamer® Fluid Shear device. Each Streamer® culture slip is sized at 76mm x 25mm x 1mm (3" x 1" x 0.04") The extracellular matrix Collagen Type IV coating is appropriate to use with basement membrane cells.
