Tissue Train® 3D Culture System
The Tissue Train® 3D Culture System is a computer-regulated cell stretching bioreactor system that allows users to create 3-dimensional cell-seeded hydrogel constructs in linear, circular or custom shapes. Users can apply uniaxial tensile strain to 3D linear shaped constructs. Users can also create circular shapes and apply equibiaxial load to 3D spheroid constructs. The Tissue Train® 3D Culture System allows researchers to apply user-defined strain regimens to simulate heart rate, walking, running, and other dynamic exercise patterns to tissue constructs.
A computer-regulated bioreactor that allows users to create 3-dimensional cell-seeded gels and apply uniaxial tensile strains to these gels.
- Construct tethered, linear, 3D cell-seeded hydrogels using a Trough Loader™ mold and Flexcell® Tissue Train® linear culture plates with or without cyclic tension
- Apply a load regimen of uniaxial cyclic strain to linear constructs using the Tissue Train® Baseplate with Arctangle® loading posts
- Apply a load regimen of equibiaxial cyclic strain to circular spheroid constructs using the BioFlex® Baseplate with BioFlex® 25mm Loading Stations™
- Build bioartificial tissue samples of skin, tendon, ligament, etc. up to 35 mm in length
